Email [email protected]. Include your Android version, LoneBuddy app version and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Before relying on an alert
Make sure LoneBuddy has the permissions it needs, your Buddy's number is correct, your device can send SMS, and you have appropriate mobile signal. Test the feature in a safe situation before depending on it during a real journey or lone-working activity.
Subscriptions
Premium billing and subscription management are handled through Google Play. If the price shown in the app differs from the website, check the final Google Play purchase screen before confirming a purchase.
Emergency help
LoneBuddy does not contact emergency services directly. If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service directly when you can. In the UK call 999 or 112; outside the UK use the emergency number for your current location.
